• Rental Application can be completed through SignNow here.
• W-9 – This form is needed to create an interest bearing account for security deposit and last month’s rent.
• Statement of Conditions – This sample form can be filled out by a tenant at the beginning of tenancy to document the condition of the rental property. It can be used if there is something that you want to document to keep you from impacting your security deposit upon departing or should something need repair. There is a set time limit to return it once you have moved in.
