- First, last and security deposit due at signing. Security is equal to one month’s rent.

W-9 – This form is needed to create an interest bearing account for security deposit and last month’s rent.
Statement of Conditions – This form can be filled out by the tenant at the beginning of tenancy to document the condition of the rental property.
