50 Hoxsey Quick Details:
- Perfect, walkable location for Williams faculty or staff, Clark staff.
- Utilities (gas, electric and internet) are the responsibility of the tenant.
- Trash pickup, water, and yard care is provided.
- Limit of one vehicle per unit.
- No subletting
- Not lead compliant due to age of house.
- One year lease required.
- First, last and security deposit due at signing. Security is equal to one month’s rent. Held in interest bearing account at a local bank.
- The entire interior of the building is being repainted.
DOCUMENTS & RESOURCES
- W-9 – This form is needed to create an interest bearing account for security deposit and last month’s rent.
- Statement of Conditions – This sample form can be filled out by a tenant at the beginning of tenancy to document the condition of the rental property. It can be used if there is something that you want to document to keep you from impacting your security deposit upon departing or should something need repair. There is a set time limit to return it once you have moved in.
